We have a meeting with Management on August 21 to talk about some long standing issues. Things like staff grids, breaks and grievances. Jack from Rode Island will be at the meeting and we will let people know how it went ASAP.

states that if you miss work due to a patient hurting you , you will be paid 100% of your pay including differentials. Read the article, Know your rights
